Important Notice
14 Day Return Policy:
Product may be
returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Product may be returned within a 30-day period from the date of purchase for
exchange or credit toward another purchase. Product must be in like new
condition in the original carton with all original packaging, warranties,
instructions, and accessories and must be accompanied by the original sales
receipt. No refund will be granted on shipping charges. All returned items must have a RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number prior to returning to Sportsman's View, which can only be
issued by the Sportsman's View. Any return sent to Sportsman’s View
without a RMA number issued by Sportsman’s View will be refused and returned to
Buyer. There is a 15% re-stocking fee that will apply to all authorized
returns. Return freight must be prepaid. No C.O.D. returns can be
accepted. Sportsman's View may refuse a refund or exchange or assess a charge
for used or incomplete merchandise returned or exchanged. Items showing use or
abuse will be returned. Returns or exchanges will not be made for items marked
"as is" or "clearance." Refunds will be made by the same method as used to
purchase the item. A Sportsman's View check will be issued instead of cash for
refunds of purchases made with cash. Please email or call us for this

Limited Warranty, Repair or
Replacement:
Sportsman's View offers a limited warranty
on all Sportsman's View products against defects in material or workmanship for
the one year from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. The warranty is
limited to the replacement or repair of the defective item if we determine that
the returned item is defective. Defective items must be shipped prepaid. This
warranty shall not apply to any item subject to misuse including static
discharge, failure by Buyer to follow instructions, product modification,
ordinary wear and tear, negligent or improper operation. Modification, repair,
or attempted repair by anyone other than Sportsman's View will void this limited
warranty.

Under no circumstances should this product be used to promote
unsafe and/or reckless behavior, which could result in damage to property or
injury to anyone.
The purchase and/or use of any Sportsman's View products or parts thereof for
any purpose always implies and indicates agreement that no liability, direct or
indirect, exists with Sportsman's View, or any other partner, subsidiary,
employee, or contractor thereof. All injuries or damages that occurs during the
use of products sold by Sportsman's View, or its partners, dealers,
distributors, retailers, subsidiaries, or
employees is accepted solely by the party purchasing or using said products. NO
exceptions may be made to this disclaimer. Parties using or purchasing said
products shall in doing so indemnify and hold harmless Sportsman's View, HuntCam,
Sportsman's View-Cam, and its
officers, partners, dealers, distributors, retailers, subsidiaries, and employees from any and all damages.
